I used to come here all the time about 5 years ago and I never had a bad experience but as of late the service is horrible! The... workers are nice but there are 4 people behind the counter and one person making smoothies with a store full of people.Employees need to be better at multi tasking or focusing on priorities better. Always so slow. Nobody ever greats you when you come in. Nobody smiles. I asked if this is where we order and the girl who was... washing dishes replied yes but kept washing dishes and took a while to help. There was a total of 3 people working and nobodywas helping customers. There were 7 people behind me waiting to be helped. Read more
Been coming here for 7 years, recently I've started to dislike the atmosphere. Newer, younger staff are unprofessional and now... play music at whatever volume they feel like, after a day of work I'd like to come in and be able to smile and talk in a lowvoice. Not yell my order over the counter and watch as the employees yell at eachother because they can't figure out whichsmoothies they didn't make yet. Please recover the vibes before it's too late.. PRO TIP order ahead for this location, there are gyms, sports complexes, and a freeway nearby. The teenagers that work here... aren't always the most attentive. I order when I have 10 min left at the gym and the smoothies waiting for me! Read more
I normally get an açaí bowl, and it?s always been good. This last time though my bowl was so soupy and tasted very off. I went... back and asked it to be remade, and the girl at the counter acknowledged that it was not made right and took it back. The youngman making my bowl, both times, had the biggest attitude. I?m sorry these bowls are 10 dollars each and I want it made right. Iguess they were out of most of the ingredients and finally told me, but not until after they already gave me the remade bowl. Ifyou are out, why even allow someone to buy it? Annoyed that I wasted money and I won?t be coming back here. Read more

My smoothie had mostly ice chunks in it. Kind of a lengthy wait too. Tasted great but I would have enjoyed it a little better... blended more. Great location. Nice music. The sweet young lady at the register even gave a great reccomendation to me. Just wishthe smoothie didn't have ice chunks in it. It's supposed to be smooooooth. Read more
