I used to come here all the time about 5 years ago and I never had a bad experience but as of late the service is horrible! The... workers are nice but there are 4 people behind the counter and one person making smoothies with a store full of people.Employees need to be better at multi tasking or focusing on priorities better. Always so slow. Nobody ever greats you when you come in. Nobody smiles. I asked if this is where we order and the girl who was... washing dishes replied yes but kept washing dishes and took a while to help. Been coming here for 7 years, recently I've started to dislike the atmosphere. Newer, younger staff are unprofessional and now... play music at whatever volume they feel like, after a day of work I'd like to come in and be able to smile and talk in a lowvoice. Not yell my order over the counter and watch as the employees yell at eachother because they can't figure out whichsmoothies they didn't make yet. Please recover the vibes before it's too late..
