If I could leave 0 stars I would, worst customer service ever. I ordered a pizza for my family and my apartment number wasn?t... updated. I didn?t realize and So the tracker on the app said delivered, which it wasn?t so I called them and let them know myapartment number and they said they would send another driver out not to mention I live 6 min away. So 45 min later stillnothing so I called them again and asked where my pizza was and the guy was like uhhhh it was delivered. I then again had toexplain that my apartment number wasn?t on my order and the guy said oh yeah it?s getting delivered right now. I get offthe Phone and 20 min goes by and nothing I then called again and asked and the guy who answered this time said oh it wasdelivered. I was like seriously my apartment number was missing so no I didn?t get my pizza. The guy didn?t seem to care . Ijust asked for a refund, which will take 3 days. Horrible customer service Read more
I usually order from a different location but today I swas out and stopped here on my way home. Can I just say BRAVO??!!! I AM SHOCKED & APPALLED BEYOND WORDS BY the way I was treated tonight 9/27/22 by JOSEPH "the manager" & THE WAY HE HANDLED MY... CALL TO THE STORE THIS EVENING AND I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BY A MANAGER AT ANY ESTABLISHMENT!!! BUT I WILLSAY THIS NOW.... Joseph was unbelievably rude to me on the phone when calling in about the problem with my order, which wasthere was Bacon throughout my cheesy bread when I called & specified my MEAT ALLERGY to a yound woman on the phone right aftermy oline order, & my cheesy bread did not even come with meat only cheese. He told me if I have a meat allegy I shouldn't beordering food from them "Dominoes" & he wasn't going to do anything for me, he wasn't going to replace it either. I wanted tobring my order back & get a refund, so I asked for a refund & Joseph told me NO, He was NOT GIVING ME A REFUND! He told me tocall 1800Dominoes & tell them about it. I have the whole conversation recorded on audio to share with Management!!!! I orderfrom Dominoes often as it is (or was) my/my family's/my friends favorite pizza place to go to... after this, NOT ANYMORE!!!! Iwill be telling all my family & friends about my experience tonight with this particular Dominoes and The Manager named Josephas well as calling to complain with corporate in the morning! Normally, their pizza is okay for nights my family doesn't want to cook. Tonight though, we ordered the new speciality Buffalo... chicken & it showed up completely burnt. My husband called the store & spoke with the manager Brandon, who, made excuses sayingthat speciality pizzas "bubble up like a volcano & the American cheese turns black." Excuse me what???!! The food and pasta is absolutely disgusting. I continuously have issues with not having enough sauce on pasta and the noodle... being completely dried out ( like dehydrated). Lots of time to pizzas are over cooked or don?t have enough cheese or burnt. Whenyou call to complain to the store, Brandon specifically and many other employees are extremely rude to you and tell you that youneed to return pasta in order to have it replaced as if your lying about the food. Especially, when they don?t quality check itlike they should before they send it out of the store. When they created it wrong in the first place it?s absolutely disgusting.When they don?t like it that you correct them on it they hang up on you. I called back and they refused to give me the corporatenumber. I would never shop here again their food is disgusting and they don?t care about quality checks nor their customers. Normally it?s good and the pizza is delicious but this time it was gross! Way to over cooked, burnt, barely any sauce.. my... daughter thought that something was wrong with the cheese so she wouldn?t even eat it. Air bubbles took over a couple pieces.Surly wasn?t even worth the $23. Read more
Almost everytime I order at night they either overcook or burn my pizzas and parmesan bites. There's proof of my family's dinner... tonight. Horrible!! Rude staff.
