The person I talked to sent me to an automated system which collected my card info. Then the person on the phone returned, only... to say he never got my card info and wanted me to repeat it. I didn't, and won't. Dude couldn't speak English, and I feel theywere trying to rip me off. I would strongly suggest ordering from ANYWHERE except this lousy store. Read more
I am so disappointed. I tried to order online for 45 minutes just to have it not go through. Seeing as I live just 3 minutes... away and this simple cheese pizza I was trying to order was for my "hormone enraged Domino's pizza craving pregnant sister" Idecided to drive to the store and talk to them in person since the 5 times I tried to call they didn't want to answer. When Igot there, I went to the door where a woman stood no more than 5ft from me as I knocked, she acted as if she couldn't see orhear me. ( she was looking right at me). Thank God a very kind delivery driver pulled up and I proceeded to tell him what myproblem was. He assured me that it most likely wouldn't be an issue and to give him just a moment while he ask his boss who I'massuming was the kind woman who left me standing in the freezing cold while she ignored me. I could tell he didn't want to becoming back to the door to tell me that she said there is nothing they can do and she is closing down. Mind you, this is allbefore midnight when they are supposed to close. I understand it is late and I'm sure she just wanted to get home but how hardcould it have been to just make a simple cheese pizza? Now I get to go tell my hormone enraged Domino's pizza craving pregnantsister that she doesn't get her pizza after waiting the last hour and a half. I am also very frustrated because I already wrotethis review twice and for some reason it is not posting. Smh. What happened to "treat people the way you want to be treated? "???? I am extremely disappointed. I tried for the past 45 minutes to place a delivery order online from this store. For some reason,... it kept redirecting me to call the store. I tried and no one picked up the phone, multiple times. Seeing as this simple cheesepizza was for my "dominos cheese pizza crazing pregnant sister" I decided to drive to this store and pray they would help me. (Ionly live 3 minutes away). Upon arriving, I walked up to the door and knocked multiple times, watching as the lady inside couldsee me but acted like I wasn't there. Thank goodness a very nice delivery driver pulled up and I told him my dilemma. He told methat it shouldn't be an issue just give him a minute to go ask his boss who I assume is woman who blatantly ignored me as Istand in the freezing cold knocking at the door. Well, wouldn't you know, she said nope and smiled. The gentleman was very kindand I could tell he didn't want to have to come tell me. I do understand that it is late but they deliver until midnight and Istarted trying to place my order at about 11:15pm and got to the store before midnight and I just don't understand why making asimple cheese pizza could have been so rough. ???? so now with over an hour of my time wasted, I get to go tell me hormoneenraged pregnant sister that I couldn't get her pizza after she has now been waiting over an hour. We called ahead to make sure that they had eat in service, and the assured us they did. When we arrived we ordered a specialty... pizza and two large diet cokes, for which they did not honor a coupon that specifically had their location address on with noexpiration date. What arrived at our table was the pizza in a box and two 2 liter bottles of diet coke. WTH? When we asked forplates and cups, we were told that they had none available. Our pizza had 3 of those bubbles that moves all the cheese a d toppings to the side but they were HUGE! We had 4 good slices and... the rest were 90% bubble. I showed the guy behind the counter, and he offered to remake it without arguing or anything.Excellent customer service! Read more
Disappointed today. Car side delivery but the timer stopped with 37 seconds left but did not get my pizzas for another 2... minutes. They also did not read my instructions in the app that said passenger side since he came to my driver's door. Read more
Another stop on our Pineapple Pepperoni pizza challenge. This is the lowest pizza on the list as of now. The pepperoni was... indistinguishable from the cheese. Both lacked any flavor of any substance. No spice, no pop, no flavor for either of them. Thesauce was ok, I'm glad I cheated and asked for double sauce, even then it was barely enough. The crust was not firm or flavorfulin the middle, and was the only product at all on the outside of the pizza. The only redeeming factor truly was the pineapple.This had a great sweetness and flavor to work well, unfortunately without the spice of a good pepperoni to counteract the sweetit made the pizza even than worse due to the overwhelming about of sweet. Had my order ready when they said the time it would be ready by and when l walked in it was right there on their shelf waiting... would have been a perfect 5 stars if l didn't have to wait 5 minutes before someone attended to me when there was 3-5 people notbusy and could've helped the person doing everything before she came to me.
