If I could give this less stars I would. This Chipotle is an absolute mess. The food bar is disgusting every time I have gone... in. They are inconsistent with portion sizes and last but not least they are ALWAYS out of something no matter what time of day,yet no one is ever making it. I don?t know if it?s the management or employees, but I never have a good experience here. I wouldnot recommend coming to this location and for everyone to make a complaint. Make sure to ask for your receipt, or they won't give it to you and very likely you will need it. They get zero stars here.... Their customer service at this new location is the worst they ever had. I called by phone to speak to the manager to reportthat their front server is serving very little food on each order and forgot to put chicken in one of them. But, we will justchoose a new type of restaurant for our Sunday family meal. I live in University place about 15 minutes away. She said I had tobring the entire order so she could help. I only needed one of them completed. She also said that unless I brought the entireorder she could not help me. I was supposed to be speaking with the manager and when I asked for her name, SHE HANG UP THEPHONE. Are becoming a great manager????? I doubt it! Read more
The portions they served me and everyone in front and behind me were so small! I LOVE chipotle and have always had consistent... good experiences, so I know what the portions are supposed to look like. I asked for the fajita veggies and the first scoop shegave me had only three pieces. I had to ask for extra and the girl was really annoyed. Since they were busy, I didn?t botherasking for extra for the rest of the ingredients. The ingredients also seemed oddly cold. From the rest of the reviews it seemslike this is a location to avoid! This review might be controversial for some but? to me regardless of mask mandates, I believe wearing a mask ???? while cooking... peoples food is always a good idea, the thought of having anyone breathing over my food is disgusting ????, there is no point ofhaving employees wear gloves but not masks since germs and virus spread trough both ??????. Folks were not kidding about the portion sizes at this Chipotle! I assumed they were all standard and people were exaggerating.... I ordered a burrito online, picked it up when I got home I realized how absolutely tiny it was compared to what the otherlocations give. Food was tasty as is to be expected for a Chipotle. Chips were delicious and super fresh, guacamole was on point. Had a bowl... with pollo asado and it was great. Couple things they need to work on, their garbages were all full and overflowing. Theirbathroom code also didn?t work which was unfortunate. Read more
The complaints about portion sizes from other reviewers are 100% accurate. Combined with the fact that Chipotle has recently... raised prices, this means you're paying more to get less. If you go here, don't order online. Order there so you can ask them toscoop more into your order. Otherwise, you'll still be hungry after spending all that money. Read more
