When this place opened, I was one of the first in line! Cali native I instantly craved a Rodeo burger! Sadly, what I got was... cold,limp,and not good. & the fries? Ugh! A year goes by, hubby bring it home, again, cold and soggy. I wasn't going back. Fastforward 5 years & hubby wants brisket burger like he got in Cali! I'm skeptical...we dine in. Stopped for a quick lunch, food was decent... Better than most other fast food places. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was... nice. Only reason for 4 stars is the cost. Spending $22 for a couple burgers and fries is not ok. Read more
We ordered from the drive thru and only ordered 3 items. Biscuit and gravy, hash brown and burger breakfast , when we get home... the burger doesn?t have a patty. ???? I called and went back to the store , they replaced the 2 items except they gave me backmy cold hash brown. Anyways not sure if I spoke to the manager but the lady was helping me doesn?t have any remorse or feel badwas so ever. So at 3:50pm June 25th 2022. I ordered a western burger with no cheese. The lady repeated my order back to me and she also said... no cheese. So when I drive up to pick up my order a young lady repeated my order back to me but didn?t say ?no cheese? so I saidHey make sure there is no cheese. They young girl said ?oh yeah girl I got you , no cheese. Don?t worry?. Now tell me why Idrive all the way across town and get home and guess what everybody. They put CHEEEESE ON MY BURGEEEEER. I called and spoke toa manager named Maria and Maria said oh I made your order and there was a special sticker on it. I asked MARIA what does aspecial sticker mean. She said a modification to the sandwich. So basically meaning something is either added or taken away.Maria admits to putting cheese on my burger and says I?ll put your name on the list for a new burger. No Maria. Gas is $6 agallon and I?m not driving 20 mins just to get a burger. How about give me my money back since you admitted to putting cheese onmy burger and ignoring the special sticker. Tried their new hand breaded chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce, tomato and swiss. This one is good in the chicken sandwich... wars. It literally tastes like Chick-fil-A and Wendy's combined in to one sandwich. It's better than Wendy's, and in somerespect might be better than Chick-fil-A. But not better than their spicy chicken sandwich. As far as the order of what I findto be the best sandwich from a fast food place, this would be 3rd Street Popeye's and Chick-fil-A. Now, locally, there are lotsof places that make better chicken sandwiches and burgers that are restaurants or bars such as Odin Brewing, but that's anotherreview altogether. Read more
It would greatly improve this establishment to have more than 1 employee that can speak ENGLISH!! This isn't a Carl's Jr in... Mexico. The poor girl in the front can't hear with all the Spanish being screamed in the back. Read more
