Apparently, they are all color blind at this location. 3x in a row, I've ordered the green What the Fanta frozen drink, and 3x... in a row, they've brought me the wrong one, AND given me the wrong sandwich the last two times. I tried to speak to a managerthe last time, and the guy just said, 'What do you want me to do about it? You need to call Uber Eats!' But Burger King is theone that fills the order, not the Uber Driver!! I'm in long term care, so I can't just go over there and show them my order iswrong, and get a replacement. Ordered for 3 people, everyone else's order was fine, however my whopper had no tomato (other burger I ordered was supposed to... have no tomato, which was correct) and one tiny piece of onion. I practically paid $6 for a beef patty and two buns. Definitelydisappointed. Read more
Absolutely horrible conditions inside. I made a delivery from this location and the floors were so sticky my shoes were sticking... to my gas pedal after I drove away. There were flies all over inside, landing on all the surfaces I could see. I immediatelynotified my husband and told him never to eat from here again. I truly believe that if people knew what it looked like insidethey would never order from here. It needs a good scrub down week. Read more
This is simply the worst Burger King I have ever been to. It took me 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get my food. And I was the... second car in line. By the time that I was able to place my order there were already eight cars behind me. And for whateverreason their Lobby was closed. This is supposed to be fast food. I could have went to a sit-down restaurant and got my food andfinished eating it by the time I was done here. I'll never be going to this location again. Read more
9:30 on a Thursday. I walk in to the building for my lunch break as I cannot drive. They are serving breakfast and I wanted a... sausage and egg sandwich. I was standing there for 10 minutes before being told that it's drive through only and that I couldstand in the 90 degree weather in line at the drive through to order. Why could she not have locked the doors if the lobby wasclosed? Why couldn't she have just taken my sandwich order and rang it at the drive through window for me? I used to work 50hours a week at a McDonald's so I have a lot of patience for people who work fast food, but that was a waste of a lunch breakand a systematic failure of a restaurant. Read more
Thought I'd save you some time on reviewing their new hand breaded chicken sandwich that came out 6/1/21. It has a hint of... sweetness to it like a slight make flavor. The spicy version I got isn't as spicy as their other one. The special sauce isn'tbad, but the heat comes from pouring sauce on top of it and then on top of that adding the special sauce. The pickles have adecent crunch but don't make the sandwich. The meat want juicy but it was thick and tasty. The breading stayed on but it wasn'tvery crunchy. At all. The bun was pretty good and if paired with a Popeye's chicken sandwich would make theirs much better. Thatbeing said. It was the first day they offered it here in Tacoma so maybe it'll be crunchier next time, but I really need theseasoning on the chicken in a way where sauce isn't poured over it. In case you wanted to know better chicken sandwiches,there's Popeye's, McDonald's and even KFC's new sandwiches are better, but not by much except Popeye's sandwich. If you're inTacoma, go get a good chicken sandwich from either Odin Brewing or Dusty's hideaway if you're looking for flavor that's prettymemorable. So I ask my husband to go get burger king, he gets there and asks me what I wanted again for our order (to make sure the... sandwiches are correct, I tell him the BK King and the Big Fish (which are 2 for $7 basically), he tells me it's $16 aftercoming out of drive thru, I call to ask about the special and if it's still going on and what happened, they ask me if he toldthem he wanted the special. What? We have to ask for it? Where's the customer service? You, burger king workers, know you havethe special for $7 plus tax total and charge $16 and change instead?! And then, when I call, just argue with meinstead offeringa solution. Manager is in background just yelling things to the other person I was on the phone with and tells him to hang up orsomething cause then the line went dad and wouldn't answer the phone again thereafter? What kind of "business" is this?Seriously!!! And, and, they didn't even get the order correct in the 1st place (2 sandwich order) and it's all wrong and theychoose not to fix the issue!
