Got UberEats 9/17. My order was around 5, food was wrong food and may have been tampered with. Time on receipt said 9:20AM Jaime... in a blue ford edge was my driver. Its was very quick and she apologized for the wait. Even with the bag having a seal on it theorder was wrong-the sticker on the bag makes me think Burgerking, not the driver. I'm not happy. Read more
Dining room is closed so a 30 min wait in drive thru from start to finish. (I would have left but already paid thru the app)... when I got to the window they gave me someone else's order and then blamed me for not having the chicken burger I ordered andwas told it would be another 3 minutes. Customer service is very poor! I am a guest at a nearby hotel. I walked to this location on 8/3/22 at 6:45 p.m. The lobby doors... were locked and the male employee inside motioned me to the drive through. Once im the drive through I got nothing. No hello orcan I take your order ( mind you the employee sent me through the drive through). I approached the window and when anotheremployee says something to that same male employee. He opens the window and says he can?t serve me. I asked for the managersnumber and the little spermatozoa slammed the window in my face. I almost gave them a five. The fries were hot and the Impossible Whopper was delish. The mobile app was a bit quirky but so are... others. The window service was a bit slow with limited staff. Great deal for $3. Read more
Every burger King executed different quality in my area. This has been one of the better experiences. Got the spicy ChKing... sandwich. It was a beast.. Huge sandwich that I couldn't just straight on bite in to with just the right amount of pickles..like 5 or 6 pickles and it wasn't too spicy, although I wish it was spicier. It was very crunchy from start to finish, but itwas missing a little crispness to really set it apart. A couple bites were a little rubbery for lack of a better word. The sauceon it was pretty tasty too. It's a good deal if you can catch a coupon in their app or through email. If every Burger King madethem this well, I'd be back regularly. Read more
I come to this one because it's the closest to my home. The service is pleasant, typically. Staff is courteous. The restaurant... looks clean to sit and dine. The food is a hit or miss. Usually I hit good when it comes to the food here. However, today wasuneventful in the original chicken sandwich. Super dry in the chicken patty and the mayo that goes on it, lettuce wasn't fresh,the bun wasn't fresh either. The fries were fresh and hot. The Whopper was ok and the new crispy chicken sandwich they have wasalso ok. For as long as I waited for my order I was expecting it to be freshly cooked and less dried out. Like I said, cominghere is anhit or miss. This time I missed....lol Hopefully next time will be better. Read more
Tacoma Hosmer location: Nice Burger King considering the area. Our food was hot and just as we ordered on APP. I love that they... added the Impossible Whopper to the menu and it's included in Wednesdays Whopper special for $3! We will definitely be back tothis location. Read more
