Food taste bad. Cooked in single microwave. Worker said she did not cook to safe temperature cause she didn't want me to burn... myself. All prices were higher than what the menu said. Tables were dirty. After we ordered told we had to change tables we satat cleanest table we had to move to the one that have old food on it. Spent almost $100 for 2 people. Waste of money, we orderedan array of foods so we can fair opinion. Don't waste your money. Read more
Ordered ribs with mild sauce. Came with slice of bread and I ordered the strawberry lemonade drink. The ribs were the easy fall... of type. Meaty and juicy. The mild sauce was the tasty kicker. Not too spicy and not too mild. Just right. If you are hungry forsome BBQ Ribs. Bob?s Bar-B-Q Pit is the place to go. Great prices too! Read more
The portions on our sandwiches was pretty good, and the flavor was decent. That's the good news. The bad was that 2 sandwiches... and a pound of meat was a "big order" and would take awhile, we were the only 2 people there the entire time we were there. Thefood came out cold, the lady working did offer to microwave it and did so in the styrofoam serving containers. (Against foodsafety rules.) To prepare our meals, everything was reheated in the microwave, we heard it while waiting. But the single worstthing about our visit was that we planned to eat there. We had sat at one of the open tables. (Others had chairs on top to showthey were unavailable.) But when our order came up she told us they did not allow indoor eating. We complained about that, soshe eventually told us to move to the furthest table away and to wear masks. We wore our masks to order and once we got ourdrinks we took them off. (At the first table while we waited.) Was a very odd experience. Again the value for the portions waspretty decent and the flavor wasn't bad, but strongly suggest ordering togo if you try this place. Absolutely incredible!! Family owned with great service and wonderful food. Really reasonable and affordable prices. Friendly... and welcoming atmosphere filled with delicious smells. This is, without a doubt, THE BEST BBQ I have had outside of Texas!!! Their medium sauce has the perfect kick to it while not... being too hot. The ribs are FALL OFF THE BONE amazing! The pulled pork was insanely juicy and tender. I could easily drink thebbq sauce. Lastly, their mac and cheese is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! We will be back and I cannot wait!! Read more
The menu appeared delicious and I enjoy supporting black small businesses. I chose this restaurant for that purpose however I... was greatly disappointed in the customer service. The GrubHub app informed me my food would be ready at 1140, I arrived at 1145and apparently the restaurant never received the order nor turned on the app. When they asked me, I was informed it would beready in 10mins. Well the order took 45mins along with me contacting GrubHub help to get progress. The cashier was very niceand apologetic but the chef and waitress could careless. The waitress proceeded to sweep with me sitting at a table waiting,kicking dirt in my face until I got up and move. I gave this restaurant 2 stars because regardless of the taste of food, whichthe ribs was great along with the potato salads, the customer service was horrible for my self and 2 other black customers.However, 2 white customers arrived and the food was ready quickly along with a lot of fake compliments.
