The food was good the atmosphere was great the service was unique. The dessert was worth the wait.

I have been to this location twice 1. First experience, was a Saturday, it was busy and someone saw us at the back of the line... and offered immediate service to the bar. The food was amazing and the bartender displayed amazing hospitality and mixology 2.Couldn't get service somewhere else so went to this location again the service and quality of food was above and beyond. Alsothey offered to put my nfl game on any TV I wanted, but didn't need that because there are limitless tvs and every gameavailable Keep up the good work. Hosted our Board of Directors meeting in the bar and they were more than accommodating. Service was amazing and so was the food.... A gentleman named Brian Mann was helping out all over the bar and was very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of.That guy should be running that place. Location was clean, all the staff was very friendly & catered to our needs. I loved that Ponce was super interactive with us,... spoke with us, & checked in on us periodically. Denelle also served our table & constantly checked in on us. My food even wasmade incorrectly & she acted on it so quickly to make sure that i was satisfied. She was amazing, personable, kind, & providedan amazing customer experience. The food tasted amazing and also came out so quick and the drinks were *chefs kiss*! I love their famous Dave drink and steak salad but this really disappointed me. Midway through my salad I found a piece of hair... on my lettuce. I immediately stopped eating because the thought of it grossed me out. This was very disappointing because thisis one of the best salad and I always look forward to it. I told my waitress and she was nice about it and asked if I wanted totalk to the manager but because it was already paid up front first I felt like nothing could?ve been done. Fantastic! We had a great dinner at Blazing Onion Burgers in Tacoma. This was my first visit to Blazing and I was surprised... how good the burgers were. Oh and I don't want to forget the fries. I had the parmeson garlic fries and they were great, butthat garlic sure is strong. The Blueberry Lime Splash drink was excellent. We had to wait for about 20 minutes to get seatedand the place was fairly busy, but I think they were also dealing with a staff shortage. Nevertheless, the staff did a greatjob and were so friendly. The restaurant has TVs everywhere, including above the urinals in the bathroom. I've never seen thatbefore. Excellent place to watch some sports and get some delicious grub. The location wasn't bad being at the Tacoma Mall,but I could imagine parking might be difficult on busy Mall days. Overall recommend this restaurant and I plan to go back. Read more

I have to put one star to leave a review but customer service was subpar. I order a garlic Cesar salad and my salad had a dash... of dressing enough to cover the edge of the French fry. This is not a full service restaurant apparently full service is onlyfor the bar per the host. I do not recommend this location and will not be returning. Take your money else where???? Read more
