I will no longer be coming by in the mornings, I work on 6th Ave and I used to come by every morning for coffee and I will no... longer be a customer here. I understand they may have gone through hiring some new people but for the past month, I have notgotten one drink made correctly. They arnt friendly and do not take the time to make my drink the way I ask. I get a simpledrink, and anything from size, to hot vs iced and the drink itself is ALWAYS wrong. I?m done. I understand new people have tolearn which is why I kept going back but they deserve better training. This is sad. As big as Bigfoot is becoming, this locationneeds a lot of work. Read more
Came here just not too long ago and Ashley was the barista that took our order and made our drinks. It was my first time... actually seeing her and she was the sweetest person ever. She was very kind, personable, and funny and she was just so easy toconnect with. I?d definitely go back just because of her, and I?m already a barista lol I can make my own coffee. But Ashleyjust made my day and I hope next time I go there that I see her. And both the drinks I got were absolutely delicious! Edit:Just left and it was Ashley again! She remembered me and my exact order from last time even though it was her first time takingmy order then! This place suuuuucks. Every time I come here the customer service the girls give is just awful. For instance, when getting our... change we were asked ?do you want your change?? Uhhhh, yeah?? If we tip we will give it to you. You don?t ASK. Secondly, theother girl who took our order and made our coffee, we were watching her and she started pouring regular espresso shots. We askedfor white. So we say kindly, ?you?re using white coffee correct?. Her reply was ?you didn?t ask for white coffee?. Bill shi wedidn?t. And THEN we asked for one not too hot. Guess what? Coffee so hot burned our mouths. Oh AND our coffee sucks. Nopeppermint flavor. She said she put it in there. No. I don?t know why my mother goes here. They ALWAYS make coffee wrong. Stopped there for and summer evening iced coffee. The poor girl there was obviously not trained (shame on them) with grace and a... little help from us the drinks turned out ok.
