I have always loved auntie Ann?s pretzels. This location had good pretzels and lemonade but the staff was not nice. My son... accidentally dropped his lemonade and spilt it and I asked the employees if they had a bigger rag or paper towel I could borrowto clean it up. One of them reached for paper towels to hand them to me and then the other one said they weren?t allowed to handout paper towels and stopped the other employee from helping me. They told me that I would have to find a janitor or use thenapkins. I just didn?t feel very considered as a customer that was having a problem that they easily could have helped me withby handing me the paper towels instead of forcing me to used 50 napkins. Starbucks would have walked out and helped me clean itup and replaced my sons drink. There?s better service at other places at the mall even for small $15 purchases. Read more
Love Auntie Anne's pretzels. Can't go wrong with them. Love their choices to choose from, almond, cinnamon, original they are... all yummy. Quick service and usually not a long wait. Read more
These corn dogs came out burnt and tasted like they been in the sun too long. The bottom of them corn dog bites taste like... straight up oil and they came in a Coca-Cola cup that you supposed to drink out of ???? ???? Read more
Stale pretzels. The whole idea behind this place is to get a hot fresh pretzel.. the two we got were older and not very fresh.... Very chewey! For what they charge they better step it up! Sad. We threw them out and not going back. We are going to the otherplace and hopefully they are better. Read more
I got the salted soft pretzel and some cheese sauce. Thumbs up on the soft pretzel it was very delicious. That prepackaged... cheese really should be thrown away and go get another brand for your restaurant. Prices are extremely high but you're in a mallso you kind of expect it. Not a place I would eat at all the time but if I was at the mall, I would probably have it again.Minus that cheese sauce. Read more
Great customer service, delicious pretzels
The only reason this is getting one star is because they offer employee discount drinks. SAM/BAN/DAN (I couldn?t really get it... right over the phone) IS HIS NAME :( I went in today around 6 and there were two people working, mind you I try to limit myselfgoing there to get an employee drink to twice a week or so so that I?m not taking advantage of their policy, well, the femalethat was there is always so reluctant and rude when handing me my drink because I ask for the mall employee discount, which Ilet slide because maybe her life is so sad that she has to reflect that onto others but the guy that was working there is whatmade it 100x worse for me. I asked for my drink and she asked me where I worked so I told them where I worked (a kiosk), and sheaccepted my answer, then as the lady is serving my drinks the guy comes around from where he was working in the back and verycondescending and loudly asks me ?which kiosk and what is it called where do you work at?? I told him the name and asked if itmade a difference, he said no and preceded to tell me that ?if someone is stuttering and nervous they can tell they?rescamming...bla bla bla? I stopped listening and interrupted him to tell him that I?m fact I do have a stuttering problem andthat it was very rude of him to accuse me- when I?ve been there before multiple times and they never had to ask twice where Iworked. I also went on to tell him that I was very uncomfortable every time it seemed like a problem with the faces she makesand how the tone of her voice changes from other customers to me when I go to them to ask for a drink with the mall employeediscount, he made some kind of remark in the end In which I proceeded to ignore and told them that maybe they will remember myface next time. Believe me I will be calling Sadie the manager tomorrow to file a complaint against Sam who ridiculed me infront of other customers because of my stuttering problem. Read more
