Worst drive through ever. The young girl working the window was on her phone the entire time. Even had to wait for her to finish... her conversation before I got my food. Then to get home and find the worst beef and cheddar ever made. My large fry cups halffull, half the sauce I asked for. Pretty sad to spend $50 somewhere and get this horrible of a product and service. On top of itall no receipt in my bag. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of the quality of service and food sold here. Read more
I ordered 10 sandwiches got only 8 Arby sauce and 4 Au jus. It rather sad common sense does not work. With sandwiches vs sauce... ratio. Best check your bag when dining here. Normally go to this place all the time. In the past few months, service and product has been horrible. Only giving one star... cause I have to. Today I thought I?d give it another try because a couple weeks ago it was a disaster w the order, nothingright, had to have it redone but the lady at the window was nice. Today however, it seemed like a lot of teenagers runnin theplace. I had to almost scream my order on the microphone because he kept stating he couldn?t hear me. Odd because it was quietand no noise in my end. I get to the window. And then it explained it. The minute he opened the window, it sounded like thestaff were laughing joking talking loud and not paying any attention to their jobs. In fact I could see one girl with roseswalking around the food workers showing them off to her co workers which isn?t really sanitary being around the food likethat. When I asked the guy at the window if that was why he couldn?t hear me, he said yes. Unfortunately I should have askedfor my order to be repeated, because EVERYTHING was wrong. The sad thing it was only three items. Really they couldn?t getthree items right?! Beef n cheddar. No cheddar cheese at all!!! Roast beef Gyro with no sauce! Filled with sauce, to thepoint the lettuce was drinched and soggy, no tomatoes or onions and also had a seasoning dumped in it. Couldn?t even eat itcause it made the pita bread soggy in a matter of a 10 minute drive before it was opened. I called 6 times. No answer!! Guessthey are still playing around? If I didn?t have an event to get to I would have gone back. Instead I just won?t go backperiod. Sad cause we loved goin to this place at one time. Read more
Arby's has always been a favorite but recently went there and they messed up my order pretty bad. Incorrect item, missing item,... and a poorly made item. I returned to complain and employee Melvin didn't just make it right he went above and beyond to correctthe mistakes and made me feel valued. Something you don't find in fast food much these days. At most they do the bare minimumto correct a mistake. So kudos to Melvin and Arby's. Will not hesitate to eat there again. Read more

Good, quick, safe service. Location is easy to access and looks reasonably busy, which is always a good sign. No indoor dining... at this time. Staff looked to be all masked up and following state guidelines. And of course my big beef sandwich was excellent!Would come again. Olympic Otter Read more
