Drive thru order?. Asked for a chicken bacon swiss sandwich meal. The ???? speaker asked three time what type of fries I... wanted. Each time I requested regular fries, not curly fries. I went through the drive thru around 8:30pm on 9/18/22. Sketchy area at night, all of the fries we ordered were old & hard but... the staff was nice. Edit 9/20/22; my card was charged twice. I called and the manager over the phone said she wouldnt be able tofix it and asked me to wait for someone with more knowledge on the know how. I'm going in tomorrow if it's not taken off in themorning. Read more
Really dissapointed in this place today. Went out of my way to go there. Waited in a short line for over 20 minutes. Main... reason I went was to get the crinkle fries. The when I finally got my food they tell me they don't have salt. What are frieswithout salt. I mean I like fries with lots of salt. Turns out I didn't have to be concerned as when I got to where I was goingto eat I didn't have krinkle fries they gave me those horrid curly fries. I threw the whole bag in the trash. I've always had sub par luck from this Arby's, but this time was something else. They were out of a list of things, such as... shakes and the red sauce that goes on the sandwiches. The fries I received were all bottom of the tray burnt crisps, they forgotmy French dip au jus. I asked for "a lot" of Arby's sauce because they didn't have the red sauce and they handed me 2 (for 3sandwiches + fries), when I asked for more, they looked at us like we were crazy and handed us just 2 more. There prices are out if control. Large fry 4.50 bot i can by a whole bag of potatoes and make homemade fries which are better... anyway. Put the jalapeño wrap back on the menu. Thats the best thing they had. Read more
We purchased a Market Fresh Sandwich tonight. I opened the sandwich to rearrange the meat. There was a BITE takin out of my... slice of cheese. My husband returned the sandwich. The manager said "sometimes the cheese breaks" I am sorry, but not in themiddle of the slice and NOT IN THE SHAPE OF A MOUTH. She offered to re make it then refunded us for the sandwich only when wesaid no thank you. I would post a picture but i can't figure or how or where. Read more
I always try to get this place the benefit of the doubt because they're usually kind of busy but tonight there's nobody in... line...
