Sadly this A&W did not meet up to usual standards. First off the signage is really confusing, seems like they are doing Mobile... orders only inside, but really they can ring you at the counter(that was nice). Sadly we are on a road trip and took our foodto go. As we got into i5 we took a bite of our burgers to find them super dry, and cold. Food poisoning is a thing and you cantell these burgers were sitting for way too long. We couldn’t eat them and now will have to make another stop. Employees are friendly and quickly prepared my order correctly. Only concern was a soda spill and closer to restroom entrance... floor was very slippery and i slipped. I addressed the concerns to a young man but he just blew it off. Can you say lawsuitwaiting to happen. Read more

I wanted dark meat they didn't have any and they charge me extra for white meat anyway. Plus the chicken wasn't delicious, I... specifically asked for butter and honey for my biscuits and they still forgot it, and they forgot utensils and napkins. I paid$50 for my meal for 4 and I wasn't satisfied at all. Read more

Never ever going here again! We even went close to lunchtime. We ordered two Papa Burgers and neither of them had two patties... like shown in the menu. There was very little sauce and only one slice of cheese ripped in half to make it two slices. Theburgers that were on them were small and cold like they were just below room temperature. I read so many reviews from otherpeople having cold meat served to them I think this place just needs to have a visit from the Department of Health. Don't gohere! You're better off going next door to Church's Chicken or Denny's. Read more
Never again will I go here, half was lukewarm. I got my card back with a mystery substance on it. Just no... I gave the meal to... a person experiencing homelessness. They're all wearing plain clothing too. That struck me as a little strange, but must becomfortable. So that's a plus for the staff. I will just not eat here again. Read more
A suggestion AW should update their hours. Today is the third day my significant other and I came to AW between the hours of... 730pm and 10pm, AW has been closed all three times. AW is not open until 11pm, we stop by here when we’re pass through on ourway home to Lacey. Read more
