Went in today and and ordered a chicken sandwich and one for my son. When I went to sit down there was a guy on break sitting in... the corner on his phone. I asked him if he was the manager or the shift supervisor. He said he was the manager. I said maybe heshould get somebody to wipe the tables there was not a clean table in the building and we were the only ones in there. He nevereven moved but asked me if the tables were dirty. We moved to 2 different tables and finally someone came from the back and madea feeble attempt to wipe our table and went around and half wiped the rest. Probably will not eat here again. Read more

Lately every time I have to wait minimum 30 minutes in drive thru, yesterday I waited over 30 minutes with 1 car ahead of me.... Consistently messing up orders and giving out the wrong food. 0/5. To top it off I paid over $7 for 3 piece chicken strips (notthe combo) and what I got was more like 3 nuggets. Read more

I went through drive through at 8:30pm on a Thursday. Ordered an 8-piece bucket, and other things. I was the only one there. ... When i pulled up to the window, i was told they only had 6 pieces left. I asked if they might be able to make more chicken? Theperson said, "uh, i guess we could but i will be about 25 minutes". Additionally, with what i did get, chicken, fries andgravy, i was very disappointed. Chicken was not crisp. The fries not hot, and the gravy was almost flavorless. I always forgive and forget for long wait times, sub par food quality and service, and overpriced meals but this is the last... straw. A whopping 30ish minutes of wait from the drive thru line, and to the window so I can just be parked for my singleorder. This KFC is just not it. Read more
I ordered boneless bucket for lunch today. Guy handed over me bag when I arrived at my place then I noticed gravy which I... ordered missing. I called store to inform about this. The person over the phone was very rude and asked me twice that how longago was the order? I told her it was only 3-4 minutes ago from drive thru. She asked me to come back to get gravy. I said no,you should deliver to us because it?s your fault if I drive back and forth then will be at least 10 minutes, by then all ordercould be cold and soggy.
