I recently was at this Boston Pizza lounge and honestly I didn't know a chain restaurant could be so lacking. I had the chicken... fettuccini- something easy right? Way to much sauce and not enough of literally everything else. I don't know how chicken couldbe in the name with how little chicken is in the dish. The atmosphere was dead; there was maybe only 2 other groups there whichmade the lounge feel uncomfortable The only redeeming quality was our waitress, Diana. She was running the lounge so well. Sheis incredibly personable and some of the best service we've had in the lounge in a very long time. Do better Taber BPs... exceptD. You go girl! Read more
Hate leaving a bad review. Went with me and my wife son in law granddaughter and three month old was told they were not seating... people as staff was overwhelmed, lounge empty and restaurant half full asked just to be seated as standing was not reasonablefirst was told ten min then other waitresses came and told us again they were not seating people so we left. Unfortunate as thiswas our go to spot in Taber with our family and our bike club. Read more
I've been a customer here for many years already, and today I received the worst experience. We were the only ones in the patio... and truly felt like we were forgotten. It took only a few minutes to order drinks but longer to get them. Our waitress told usshe would be back in 10 to take our meal order but it was about 20 before she came back. Getting food was average time but afterwe finished eating she came back and cleared 2 out of the 5 plates and have us boxed for leftovers and never came back. Food was alright, but the terrible service that came along with it put a bad taste in my mouth. Sat for almost 15 minutes... without even being acknowledged. As I got up and walked to the otherside to see if anyone worked there my husband was finallybrought a menu. There seemed to be 3 servers on shift but it felt impossible to get a refill or even be asked how our food was.The servers were joking, laughing and yelling across the lounge to each other but acted as if we didn't exist. We had to get upand ask for boxes for our food and then again to pay our bill while our table was still covered with dishes as the waitressnever came back ??????? I should have listened to the reviews. I recommend going to the Wendy's or DQ next door as the servicewill definitely be better. Not worth the $80 we spent. Read more
They were quite busy, but we didn't even have to wait long at all, and the food was amazing ????
Had a delicious meal here! Martha was a phenomenal waitress and met Jennifer the manager, all so cheerful and pleasant to chat... with. As well as Kathy, perfectly made drink was made by her. Greatest service you could ever ask for! Read more
Prices are outrageous. For 2 adults, 2 teenagers who don't eat much and 2 younger kids was $200. And being used to a large... family, in comparison to even last year, $80 difference. Read more
