Worst experience ever and sitting in line for a half an hour and then when you get to the front of the line, they take your cash... and then they make you sit for another 15 minutes. They needed some serious more people working or something because this isridiculous, I can?t even get the orders right I had to have them re-take my order twice. Ordered 2 $5 biggie bags, one crispy chicken BLT and the other a jr. Bacon cheeseburger. Received 2 ?crispy chicken BLTs? with... no bacon, (they were out of lettuce), or tomato. This location is the worst and every time I go it gets worse. Probably won?t beback. Read more

Just left here and disappointed yet again. It's always a new problem from my experiences with this location. No one has the... motivation to make it any better than a fast food joint ran by a bunch of high school kids. Orders are hardly ever correct andthe drive up is extremely slow. Today for some reason they were out of every other drink including chocolate frosty's, napkins,and read the order back to me twice with nothing even close to what I ordered. No receipt or straw in the bag either. Bacon pubfries are a total freaking rip off too. Literally like 14 fries which is far less than a kids size for around 3 dollars that areso disgustingly soggy with cheese and look absolutely nothing like what's advertised. Went here to get some coffee around 6pm and when i tried to order was immediately given attitude by the drive thru employee and... told they don't serve coffee this late, so i asked when they stopped serving coffee so i knew for the future and they continuedwith a snobby tone and answered "like around 4 maybe, i don't know" as if they were annoyed i would even ask. So i went to theclearfield wendys and was promptly served the coffee i had been denied at the syracuse location. Avoid this location at allcosts, bottom-tier employees. Read more
