I love twisted sugar because I?m gluten intolerant and they make the best gluten free cookies. However tonight they definitely... gave me a normal one even though I specified multiple times I needed gluten free (hard to tell until you?ve eaten them becausethey look the same and the GF ones are really good). I go to this location all the time. The staff is always so friendly and always willing to help you choose their favorites to try... new flavors! I have not had a bad cookie from here! The reason I pick twisted sugar over other places is because their cookiesare bomb! Lots of places have a weird after taste but twisted sugar cookies leave you wanting more to eat! So I'm really not a sweets guy but I had to try this mixed sodas thing in Utah. Stopped by on the way home from Antelope Island... and was blown away with the products they serve. We got the Chocolate Chip, Banana Cream and some Raspberry Lime cookies. Butalso a Mango, Raspberry and Fresh Lime Coke Zero. The best was the Banana Cream Cookie. I didn't expect to like a plain plaincookie with banana pudding and whipped cream but it was delicious. We considered going back for more but were already in a sugarcoma. Delicious! Read more
We just recently moved to Utah and were told about the sugary drink addictions. We stopped here on our way home from a builder... appointment and it was such a cute shop! I got the diet Dr Pepper Grease Monkey, which had such a watermelon forward flavorwhich I LOVED. I also got a twisted cookie, Nutella PB and Oreo cookie. All I can say is wow. I don't even like desserts andwouldn't go out of my way to get one, but we were told they were good. They were huge and so flavorful. I loved them all andwould def go again. Need to be cognizant of the addictive nature of the soda shop and cookies idea but I think ill be finebecause the closest one is NOT within 5 minutes of me. I love the flavors behind the Swizzle cookie, however they have been consistently undercooked and even chilled in the center at... times. The actual cookie would get 1 star if it was not for the creativity and flavour of the frostings and toppers. Thebuilding is cute and the staff friendly. They were willing to add sprinkles to a cookie that does not otherwise have them. Read more
Such a cute little shop! And their cookies look amazing. They taste great too. Super soft sugar cookies with frosting and a... variety of yummy toppings. I will note that the base cookie appears to be the same, so the toppings are the star of the show. Read more
The cookies here are too sweet for my liking, but my family is crazy about this place. The interior is well designed and clean.
This review is just for the Syracuse location. Twisted Sugar has great cookies and drinks. But the service at this location is... the WORST. The employees seem like space cases. Drinks come out wrong all the time, they forget to add my loyalty number to myorders, they don?t great you when you walk in. Save yourself potential heartache and go to the one in Layton or West Point. Read more
