the female working on new years eve is a very rude lady. very rude. I ask and have been trying to ask about a product I bought... being half empty. she just hangs up and hangs up. very rude employee. I will avoid syracuse maverick near rush center, from nowon. not worth it to spend my money there. update - her name was Jen. when I got there, she was just watching the fireworks. notdoing a dam thing. Great service and employees. Up until today they have been good about masks. As of today 2 employees were working without them... as well as 3 customers were not enforced to wear it. It is still mandated and is stated as required. So if you are concernedabout the pandemic maybe go to another store who also cares and wants to stop the spread instead of encourage the spread. Usually quick. Day customer service isn't always as good as the night shifts - especially lately. Stopped by earlier yesterday... (Monday) in the afternoon and workers talk more to themselves than to you. Not really a friendly "hi" or much of anything. Twofemale cashiers but only one ringing up customers, was confused. Guess I'm just used to better customer service at otherlocations, despite this one being closer. Read more
