Im very easygoing with bad service but this wendys is terrible! Cashier didn?t reply when i said hello to start ordering, or... when i said ?thank you? when she handed me my food. Ordered 2 medium meals and got smalls, ordered a frosty and they forgot it.Food took forever to come out. I love wendys because the fries are always hot and fresh, not here, they were cold and soggy. The food was good. Wendy's level good, you know? Last time, the drive thru speaker basically just screamed feedback. It was... really hard to know if they heard me say I had a mobile order. The last two times, the mobile orders were screwy... The firsttime, the order received didn't show a drink ordered. With a meal. Huh?! The last time the mobile order was either wrong or notreceived, so I repeated the order. They then told me the total. Yeah. I know. I paid for it in the mobile app. I like Wendy's,and I'm not sure if it's just this location, but they need to tighten the screws a little. Update: the drive thru speaker worksbetter, but is very quiet. I've ordered at the window because the app just stopped working for me. And the service is friendlyfor the most part, but seems to have slowed down to almost unbearable. It's convenient for a quick lunch break at work, but it'sharder than ever to justify going. Read more
It?s fast food, nothing special but not terrible. Normally wait times drag, strong possibility the order will be wrong but who... expects fine dining from paper bags? I visited today and a new person was working the drive through at early lunch. Honestly,he was so nice, apologized for the wait which wasn?t bad to begin with, and then warned me not to get burned. HORRENDOUSLY slow and ridiculously understaffed every time I go be it in the dining room or drive thru. Be in line for more than... 10 minutes for a salad or sandwich. Better off driving to the outskirts or the burbs where you're in and out and food is hot andfresh Read more
Absolutely unbelievable. I just wanted breakfast, but I waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru, constantly calling out to the... receiver, with no answer. The person ahead of me got their food, so I know someone was working there. Eventually, I had to giveup and get my breakfast somewhere else. I tried to see if I could go inside to order in person, but of course the dining roomwas closed. As I got back in my car, I saw the person behind me also not get served, get frustrated and drive away. I cannotfor the life of me understand how it is a good business practice to simply ignore paying customers until they leave out offrustration. Read more
This place is THE WORST if you?re in any type of hurry. Wendy?s are notoriously slow anyway, but this one is by far the slowest... on the planet.
