Reviews for The Cracked Bean Roastery in Syracuse, NY
Cute spot, terrible coffee. The coffee beans may be good, but the baristas need more training.
What a Gem! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The coffee is hot, fresh and flavorful. They... have a large selection of coffees and coffee drinks to choose from. For you tea drinkers, you won?t be disappointed. They havea wonderful selection of teas too. You?ll go crazy over the large variety of freshly baked pastries and bakery goods that aremade here in the area. Read more
Everything was perfect, except the displayed blueberry rolls were dominated by fruit flies - recommend to store them in closed... display Read more
I ordered a mocha and cinnamon bun. The mocha is dark chocolate and not sweet which was quite pleasant and enjoyable. They had a... nice selection of amazing looking pastries which I've been pleased with every one I've ever ordered there. While I walked thereparking is also decent for being on James St. There's parking in front, on the side and a small lot that always has space in theback. This cafe is always in my rotation for a quality coffee beverage. Read more

Wonderful, personal service and outstanding coffee. The atmosphere in the cafe is warm & cozy. My husband says the latte's are... the best around. It's also dog friendly. Outdoor & indoor seating available, local artwork on display and some other local itemsfor sale in the cafe as well. We are beyond happy to have this addition to the area. Read more
Cool vibe coffee shop on the east side of town. The barista was kind and made conversation. The coffee was fresh and well... crafted. After a good first impression I think the aesthetic and the coffee easily competes with Syracuse mainstays. Definitelylook forward to trying out more of their menu Read more
