I ordered two Philly cheese steaks that took over an hour to be made and delivered, and when they came they were literally... empty. A few pieces of meat and a little cheese and that was it. My experiences here have always been great! I don?t get wings from anywhere else! Wings are great not too big or small, they?re... usually crispy I always go with classic hot for my sauce, throw in a personal (ny style)pizza for $5 with some wedges? smh theplace is genius! How are they still in business? By far the worst pizza and wings I?ve ever had. Ordered pizza and wings. Takes over an hour... to be delivered and when I finally get it, everything?s cold so I have to re-heat it. Bite into the pizza and taste somethingsour. The pineapple is spoiled or something and is absolutely awful. Try to scape off the rotten chunks and the cheese lookslike it was about to go bad too. The green peppers were so dry you swear they pulled them from a desert or something. Openedthe box for some wings and immediately toss them out. Doesn?t even look like it was cooked. I ordered food at a little past 7:30pm I was told 30 mins. Almost a hour plus I got part of my meal. I ordered a 20 piece... chicken with wedges and a soda. I got the wings and soda. I called back at 9:05pm to find out where the food was. After another10 mins I got my food well part. I called back and spoke to Joselin; who told me that she was sending the driver back out in 15mins to bring the rest of my meal that now I?ve waited over 2 hours attempting to feed kids and all. After a entire hourNOTHING...????????????. I call back and ask to speak to somebody in charge. I was pasted to three different people, which nobodyhelped. They wouldn?t answer why I had to wait for the rest of my meal. The driver got on the phone and kept asking me ?what doyou want, what do you want? ?why are you complaining? are you serious I paid $25 for food that I didn?t receive and you?reasking why I?m frustrated. I didn?t curse or threaten them which the breaded chicken was overly seasoned extremely salty andover cooked. Yet I didn?t complain about it, I just threw that part away. Finally the driver come over to bring me part of mymoney that I learned would come out of his pocket. Which is wrong, although he was extremely rude and nasty in the phone whyshould he have to pay out of his pocket? I strive to patronize locally owned small business, and on September 19th, 2022 I placed an order through Uber Eats at South... Side Wings. Shortly after I placed my order I received a message that the primary item I ordered was not available (a ReubenSub), despite being on their menu. I tried to update and substitute, but was unsuccessful so the order was cancelled. The nextday a charge appeared on my credit card for $22.66 (cost of the other items in my order). I received nothing from South SideWings, no explanation and no food. In a chat with Uber Eats I was told once an order is accepted/started the merchant gets paidregardless of whether or not the customer receives the order. I wrote to South Side Wings requesting a refund since they gotpaid for a product that I never received and have been ignored, as I have been ignored by Uber Eats. Given the Morality and theBusiness Ethics demonstrated by South Side Wings - taking my money but not willing to discuss or provide a product - I will NOTbe patronizing them again nor will any member of my Family and I will tell all who will listen of this experience.
