Love it ???? delicious and the sauce soooo good
2-3-2022 ordered a steak sub with provolone and banana peppers with a side of fries with a 2L of coke. Delivered to the house... was $24 and some change. With a $4 delivery charge over $20 is crazy! That said anything under $20 is a $6 delivery chargeI?ve learned today! In short I was thinking to myself after the driver left how was this almost $30? No where on the menustates the cost of delivery or does he tell you of the delivery fee. Im not that guy??.I don?t mind spending my hard earnedmoney with local businesses. Best Pizza in Syracuse! Service/Delivery was Great, Arrived within 10 minutes of Delivery Estimate, MUCH Better than most... deliveries. You guys used to have my favorite pizza but the pizza I just got is not the same as it used to be. Under cooked, bland, weird... sauce. I only gave 2 stars because you still have the best Bleu cheese and boneless wings but your pizza is inedible to menow.... Read more
Ordered a small pizza with 5 char-grilled wings(came with celery/creamy garlic blue cheese dip), sausage roll w/marinara sauce,... everything was delicious! Best char-grilled wings we've had in a long time, will definitely be back. We were a walk-in order,took barely 20 minutes.. prices we're spot on as well! Couldn't be happier Read more
I previously gave this place one star for an issue that I had, but the owner reached out to me by phone the next day after it... happened and personally apologized and explained to me every step of what went wrong. I was pleased to hear back from him andthey gave me a refund and a credit to try ordering from them again. I did so and was impressed by the pizza. I'm editing thereview on account of the employees going out of their way to apologize and make a problem right; and the food was good too! Have always loved San Remo Pizza. Been eating here all my life but this was my first experience here in almost 2 years. With... that being said only thing I wish that hadn't changed was the thickness of the crust of pizza. It used to be a little thickerbut I still give it a 4.5 and the customer service is excellent. I ordered a large pizza, half eggplant half mushroom and peppers. It was tasty, the crust was nice and soft. The egg plant was... great, and the mushrooms were good too. The peppers were not the best, but not bad. The ordering experience and pick up wasfine. It is definitely a pizza worth trying. Read more
