Would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered an 8 piece and a large Mac n cheese with a large potatoes and gravy with biscuits. We... got 4 tenders and 2 orders of fries and a large drink through Uber eats. We called the store spoke to Jennifer who said she wasthe store manager. She did nothing to try to make it right then we asked for a supervisors number and got told that there is nosupervisor. Horrible customer service. $40 for 4 tender 2 fries and a large drink. How could they think that was acceptable withthe store manager there closing. First time I ordered from here my driver called me and told me they told him they didn't haveany chicken. That's like McDonald's not having burgers. It's rediculous. So I thought tonight I would try again and that was abig mistake. Until today, I hadn't eaten at KFC in about 5 years. I was happy to find that the chicken tasted as good as I remembered. I... ordered a two-piece dinner including a chicken breast with the crispy coating and a side of coleslaw. The chicken was properlycooked through, but still fairly moist and tender. With the coating, it was also very flavorful. The coleslaw had finely-choppedcabbage and carrots which gave it a pleasant compact crunchy texture. The dressing on the coleslaw was good, but could have beenimproved by addition of a little pineapple juice. There was one major failure. The biscuit that came with the meal wasundercooked, and served without butter. It was totally tasteless and the texture was mush. I left it on the plate. The staffwere friendly and patient with the customers. UPDATE: This time I brought the dinner home and reheated it in my oven. Thebiscuit, when hot and buttered was much better than described above.
