Over the past couple of years, I have been frustrated with their delivery. They have delivered to the wrong location on the... wrong day and today this order was an hour late. No one called to let me know this and when I called to find out where thecookies were, I was told they were on their way (which was false). If I would have know they would be an hour late, I wouldhave cancelled the order and asked for a refund as this was NOT what I ordered. Read more

After working here, I know this location is not sanitary. There were multiple occasions where staff members never washed hands... after a smoke break and did not sanitize equipment. I think it's an expensive ?ice cream? or ?cookie? shop that does not respectits employees or the cleanliness of fast food service. Simply complain to corporate Insomnia if this store messes up becausethey do and even when working there I experienced many calls from the actions of coworkers being unprofessional. Read more
