I?m asking my friends to stop getting me Dunkin? gift cards ?cause I feel I?ve got to use them for their sake. The thing is I... realized time ago, most of Dunkin? staff had lost their touch long time ago. Just today, 5/11/22 stopped at this location justto run into someone who needs to be retrained asap. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. She did not complete mymobile-order, and when I told her what I was waiting for, she made faces with attitude like I needed to apologize just forbeing there. Then, she grabbed from a corner what seemed to be my cup. She did not bother looking at the details of my order andof course messed it all up. I knew since I saw her attitude she was going to mess up my coffee and she did, she seemed to be allby herself and I tried to be understanding of it. I thanked her regardless of her attitude and I walked away. Once out, Irealized I did not deserve to pay for something I wasn?t going to drink. Of course, I will not be coming back to this location,and probably no Dunkin? store again. But if the owner still wants to be on business and out-stand, they need to be careful withhiring people who understands the importance of treating customers like we deserve.
