went through the drive thru on Velasko road in Syracuse. The wait was extremely long when there was only one car ahead of me. No... customers were in the store. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel. With a coffee. As I?m drivinghome I took a look at the sandwich and it was egg and cheese on poppy seed. Which is not what I ordered. I then drove back tothe store and spoke to the girl who took my order and told her she charged me for something I didn?t get and the sandwich wascompletely wrong. She and the manager or supervisors began arguing with me and I asked her (three times) to replace the sandwichand she refused and told me she was calling her father to come meet me at the store. She then got on the phone to I assume call her father and ignored me and I told them I will call corporate to report this. In conclusion I was never given a refund or thecorrect sandwich that I ordered and was charged for so I?m filing an official complaint. Read more

Since DoorDash only gives you the option of assorted donut holes, I ordered them in hopes I?d be able to call the store and tell... them what I wanted directly before they got too far into making my order. But like always they NEVER answer their phone and thisis actually the second time this has happened. Like why are you just not answering the phone? Read more
Coffee is always fresh and the drive through line moves pretty quick.
Saturday Am-Drive through was very busy so we went inside to order. Waited behind 4 customers which took about 10-15 min.... Ordered 2 coffees and a donut then waited 25 min for the order. Meanwhile customers were coming in after us and picking up theirorders. I asked one lady who was getting her order if she had ordered ahead online and she said no she ordered at thecounter. The 4 people in front of me started complaining how long it was taking and the 2 ladies handling the drive throughcustomers kept saying sorry we are short staffed. There were an additional 3-4 workers behind the counter plus the guy takingorders. Granted it was Saturday morning but really? Finally got my order which was incorrect only 1 coffee not 2 checked thereceipt and the order had not been correctly put in so at that point no sense getting it fixed and left. Read more
they were hella busy today (which cannot be controlled), took a while to get stuff out but the staff was friendly, calm, and... apologetic about the waits. Good staff at this dunkin and they deserve praise for dealing with what they deal with. Lady whomade my wake-up wrap made it bussin. Read more
I love the staff here!! I've been to a thousand (literally) DD around the country. The staff in this restaurant if so friendly... and quick on their feet. The managers are so professional and accommodating. I will drive across town to this site and passseveral others along the way because THEY ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT!!! THANKS GUYS!! Read more
