They simply can't seem to get an order correct especially for the cost of the purchase. Never again will I come here...

Daily, I order 6 shots of espresso at other locations. Today, I was at destiny, so I decided to save a trip and buy my espresso... while I was there. 6 shots should be at least 10 Oz of espresso at 1.5 Oz a piece(again, I do this every day)... I recorded asplash of espresso at the bottom of my small cup and the employees insisted it was 6 shots. They flat out robbed me. The coffee was super watered down and tasted so bad. I have never had coffee this bad before

Absolute worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. My hash browns were burnt, my coffee was only 2/3 of the way filled and the... girls making the food behind the counter were too preoccupied in talking smack about a coworker that wasn't there to put effortin anything they were doing. The girl at the register was on point though. If it wasn't 9 in the morning and I already hadcoffee I would have been more than entertained at the amount of cuss words you can fit into a single sentence. Trust. Read more

I was standing in line Cashier "Victoria T." was doing outstanding job and the crew was making a big order for one customer, ... while delivering that big order they even read it out for customer, crew was working harmoniously, everybody knew what they arerequired to do, meanwhile cashier had two challenging customers, cashier handled them patiently and professionally, the drinkstation crew started asking for drink orders from the people in line and started their drinks while cashier was handling thechallenging customer, which made the cash out process for the people waiting in line super fast, outstanding teamwork , I wasimpressed with the cashiers level of patience. I recently started coming to this location, mostly out of necessity, and prefer to give places and people the benefit of the... doubt. This location has let me down each time I've been there. My primary complaint is that the employees do NOT seemed trainedto respect dietary restrictions. I order my drinks with almond milk, the employees don't seem to comprehend the differencebetween that and regular milk. After a number of purchases where this has occurred the most recent was the most severe becauseof the amount of dairy I was given. I was lucky I didn't end up in the hospital! I do not ask for almond milk because of somefad diet but out of necessity. I will also add that most other reviews are correct about orders taking extremely long. Had an Important meeting at Destiny. Was Late, due to the service level at this location. Took 20 minutes to get a hot large hot... coffee. I had 3 people in front of me. Should of been a 5 minute process. Was skipped 2 times while waiting for pick up. Thisseems to be an going issue with this location. 3 ppl should be enough to meet demand. Not here. Very unsatisfied. I had ordered a glazed donut and a medium caramel latte. The guy at the cashier was extremely nice. When given... my latte, the lady was very unkind. I took my latte and it felt light, so i had looked in it to see the cup half full. Iinformed the cashier as he wondered why i was standing in the line again. The same lady that first made it was standing next tohim and was very mean about it. She grabbed the cup out of my hands and looked in it. She then begin remaking it. I understandthat it may take a little while but after 5 minutes i was still standing there.
