Don't stop unless you've got time to wait. I ordered 2 bagels, some donuts and a black coffee and it took 25 minutes to receive,... after I'd already ordered and paid. Staff are all pleasant, especially given how understaffed it must be. Maybe it's better ifyou go through the drive thru or order online, it seems those orders are prioritized. Ordered through the app for 2 coffees and munchkins for dine in at 6 PM and once I arrived the lobby was locked and the... employees noticed I was waiting outside and did nothing. Other people also ordered dine in and were locked out and then Iproceeded to enter the drive through and they were all out of pumpkin flavoring even though the app said nothing about this.Once I get up to the window they give me the 2 coffees and they tell me to have a good day without giving me the munchkins andwhen I ask about the munchkins they tell me they are all out of donuts. How are you gonna be completely out of donuts at 6 PM.Then we have to ask for muffins instead of the munchkins because we already paid for them and we get the muffins and they arenot properly cooked. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I went there and their doors were locked so I couldn?t even get my order. When I... did get my order, it wasn?t even right and they missed out on my donuts. They claimed they had none and tried to tell me to havea good night without a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to walk out, stood in line for 10 minutes and no one was working the register. I am assuming they were catering to the... drive thru but that did not seem to be moving quickly either. I guess inside people don't matter? They had at leat 4 peoplethat I saw. Read more
My favorite location the staff is only super friendly and I have never had a wrong order keep up the great work
The lobby is only open when the employees feel like opening it. Edit: sitting here at the drive thru AGAIN... Doors are locked... AGAIN, the line is wrapped around the whole building AGAIN... I sincerely hope you find someone to run this dunkin betterbecause this place is a joke. Read more
I've been there two times now, it was good both times. I like the way they make their coffee, the breakfast sandwich was pretty... good. The wait wasn't too bad. Some of the people got a little too close though, guess they forgot about the six foot rule. Thatplace seems to get really busy. I will go again. Read more
