Vegan pozole! I could not believe it. And it was SO good! I have travelled throughout Mexico and lived there, on and off, for... about a year. I have had incredible pozole in the kitchens of a couple great home cooks, and the pozole offered by las comadreswas as good as any I have ever had. I cannot wait to try their vegan tamales next.
