What you see on the menu board isnt always granted. Guy ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal which was clearly on the board and... cashier told him they dont have that meal anymore. If its on the board you should serve it! Its not hard work!!This place justsucks. Everyone is always miserable and today no carbonated drinks so I get tea and it was gross. Dumped it out. Everything wascold. Why did they even redo this one they should have closed it like the other on salina. Changed to 1 star. Read more

We sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes for one car in front of us to get their food, then we waited an additional 10 minutes... while the car in front waited for their food before leaving. For having two lanes their service is miserably slow. Would notrecommend. Read more

Chicken and onion rings were black and burnt. Rock hard and non edible. Soda flat and taste disgusting. When I called they said... the "co2 thing" (their words) was broken and has been for awhile. They should really put up a sign to let people know that.Waited 45 minutes for garbage food that the only thing we could eat was the Capri sun from my son's kids meal. The lady at the front told me they couldn't fulfill the milkshake on my order because the machine was down (which is fine and... I'm not complaining about that part); But then she proceeded to tell me all she could do is give me a fountain drink, after Iasked if I would get a refund on my card for the milkshake (she said no), and I even asked if I would be bale to get a credit ora coupon for a milkshake (which she then said with attitude that no and "there's really nothing I can do about it but give you afree slushy or fountain drink"). It's not free if I?m overpaying for a fountain drink I didn?t want and I don?t see why shecouldn?t just give me a coupon for one or something. Looking back I should have just asked to cancel the whole order, and Idon?t understand why I was getting attitude just for asking if there was a reasonable resolution for me being charged for anitem I didn?t receive. Don't go to this Burger King, go to a different one if you have the craving, the staff here is rude andwill mess up your order and make you pay for their mistake. Read more

Went to the drive thru at 3930 S Salina St, Syracuse, NY 13205 DO NOT USE THIS DRIVE THRU There are 2 lanes for this drive... through and I pulled into the second... I sat (along with the car in the other lane) almost 8 minutes before the other car(there 1st) was served. It was another 8 minutes before the second car was served on the same side! My presence was notacknowledged. A 3rd car had entered that lane and one was now behind me. Again we waited at least 8 minutes (I asked the 3rdcar's drive to check if this lane was working). When the drive-thru contacted him for his order (by this time the guy behind mebacked out of the lane and left the parking lot) the worker said "yes. But we didn't know anyone was over there" and proceededto take his order. I waited 5 more minutes as he placed his order and still got no response. This is not the 1st time I havegotten rotten service from this location... BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST. Read more

This location use to be one of my least favorite. But since they redid the entire Restaurnt and made it brand new again, the... service and food has drastically increased. I will definitely be stopping here more often. Such a great location! Read more

I  was the only car there waited 25 mins after ordering from online Than got a messed up sandwich and half of onion ring with... burnt food and fries . She took it back was about to give a refund took my food for 5 mins came back was having personal phoneconversation cursing out loud and than said I have to take it and talk to the people online. The last 4 times I Been here beenmy worst experience ever. My last order all wrong items. Waste of time and money. I'm assuming it was the manager with the blackshirt but this place needs retraining. I need a refund. Why would this be okay. Just Ghetto Read more
