It was very delightful. We were seated right away even though it was a busy Saturday night. Our server Jessica was very helpful... & pleasant. My boyfriend and I have been here a few times for dates and have ordered carryout a few times. Today we called to order carryout... and the woman who answered was super rude. We asked for a New York and she said they didn't sell them anymore. So we asked whatother steaks they have and she said she didn't know and that it'll say online. The online menus clearly states a New York,that's where we saw it in the first place. She snapped and said she was there by herself and that we'd have to give her a fewminutes then put us on hold without saying anything else. We were on hold for about 3 minutes, then she came back and listedwhat they have. We said okay and we're going to decide what other cut we wanted. She then proceeded to say "Thanks, bye" andhung up on us without taking our order. I understand being alone there could be stressful, but that doesn't mean be rude toyour customers or hang up on them. It's so abnormal too, usually everyone is super kind and the food is good, just a littlepricey. But after being treated poorly over the phone, I'm unsure if we will go again anytime soon. It was absolutely ????!! The lobster mac and cheese was sooo good. It was a traditional supper club experience. The food was... excellent and the portions for the price was really good and I have a n healthy appetite, I was impressed!! The staff made youfeel at home and service was excellent. Service was OK. Were pretty busy for a Wednesday evening. Needs to add more wait staff. I notice some people leaving because No... one acknowledged that they had come in and stood at door waiting to greeted an seated. There were some people coming in withreservations however there were still plenty of tables open where no one were ever seated. The food was good but the wait staffwas overwhelmed. Read more
A must visit if you find yourself in the area. The food, the service, the ambiance, even the prices are outstanding. The wife... had the Broasted Chicken, the son had the Chicken Waffle Sandwich and fries, I had the Lemon-pepper Broiled Cod. The chickenwas crisp on the outside and moist. The son described his food as "exceptional" and my meal was great. Our drinks were refilledin a timely manner. The "never-ending" salad arrived well before the entrees as it should. The entrees arrived soon after thewaiter had cleared the salad. I only noted two "not exceptional" things; The breadsticks were ok and the pepper on my cod was abit heavy-handed for my palate. Other than those two nit-picky things, our visit was beyond pleasant and the closest thingwe've found in the area to a perfect dining experience. Read more
