Went in for a Philly Cheese Steak Hero and came out with a Valentine's Day Massacre sandwich...I have gotten better Philly... Cheese Steak Hero sandwiches from a roach coach for crying out loud! If I could give them no stars I would! Dry meat of someunidentifiable source, hunks of soggy lettuce, raw Onions...after one horrible bite I put the remainder in the garbage where itbelonged...I wouldn't even feed it to my dog, the meat part not the onions, non of it was fit for human or animal consumption. Extremely quick service and so delicious. I ordered the Italian Stallion Bomber, which was full of flavor. The serving size was... huge; a small sandwich could probably feed two people. My family, friends and I used to come for their amazing sandwiches. We came back after a long time (pandemic problems), and we... were a bit disappointed with our chicken heros. Service is still great and fast, people are super friendly, but food has changed- they say chicken cutlet but it's actually just chicken patty, like what you used to get in a school cafeteria. If you need hero?s for a party, this is the place to go! We?ve been using them for years and they are by far the best place on... Long Island! We just received our hero?s for the party later today. They deliver which is so convenient when you?re runningaround prepping. Of course we had to open it up early and try some! These are the thickest hero?s you?ve ever seen. So muchmeat.
