I've dropped 60lbs over the past 3 months with the keto diet, and the dozen or so keto options Redefine offers is the ONLY... reason I've been able to maintain the diet for this long. I've used other meal prep companies in the past, and the fresh mealsRedefine sells are leaps and bounds better than the cheap, flash frozen garbage you'll get from Nutrisystem or other nationalbrands. The online service Redefine has is great, but for me, stopping in and picking up 10 meals at a time works best.
