One of the worst McDonald's I've been to in a while. Looks great with a nice bathroom. But food took forever and the double... cheeseburger was very cold. Also if employees are as busy as they are, you need ketchup available to public reach. Why would youserve me fries with no where to grab ketchup? Also dust your lamps. Read more
Stopped for something to eat before the Michigan vs Connecticut game. A lot of fast food places have now gone to kiosk orders... due to staffing issues and not wanting to increase workers wages.. believe they had maybe 5 people working in the wholerestaurant. Drive thru was closed and had to go inside to order. Only one person working the counter. Food quality totally sucked and was... cold. HORRIBLE!!! Also, this is one of many McDonalds stores in southern Ohio and Michigan that can't seem to put out a decentquality meal. Either do it right or close your doors. Waited in line for 40 minutes. The last ten minutes of that I was actually AT the order speaker. Never acknowledged. As soon as... the clock struck midnight she comes back to speaker and tells us they're done taking orders. Have a great night. I got in lineat 11:20... I had PLENTY of time to make it. I got to the order speaker at 11:51. The manager on duty knew exactly what she wasdoing and ignored the 8 or so cars in line until she could tell us they were closed. Read more
My kids Pokémon toys were all Scooby Doo toys, no warnings or notes, and receipt said Pokémon toy on them.
Kiosks were not working, service was slow even though there were only 3 people in line, the soda fountain gave your hand a bath... when filling your drink... on top of that lids were not fully stocked. As far as the food, has been a while since I had a BigMac.. was tasteless and dry, the packaging may have had more flavor? We dined inside, upon leaving we walked by the trash canimmediately outside the main door...trash sitting on top of the can as well as the ground around it. Needless to say, verydisappointing visit!
