All but two team members were out the back door joking when we arrived. Cashier took 2 minutes to come in to take our order. No... soap or paper towels in bathroom and blower hand dryer not working. Finally got sanitizer wipes upon request bathroom besupplied. Not likely to go again. Tea was only good thing there after it was remade to 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweet. Read more

When there twice in one day Was traveling to Augusta. Came thru fir for breakfast the egg on the muffin was missing. Then way... back thru stop to get a burger it was filled with grease and half put together. Very sloppy made. Read more
This is the worst McDonald's in the state of Georgia. All these kids bumping into each other and no one getting anything done... except fixing you the wrong order. I ordered a sausage cheese biscuit, I got a bacon cheese biscuit, gave it back and then theygave me a sausage egg biscuit no cheese, then when I did get the right biscuit it was hard as a brick. I asked for my money backbut no one could find the receipt so they wouldn't give me a refund. BBB needs to pay this McDonald's a visit. Read more
You stay in line for about 30 minutes to an hr to order & receive food. The new drinks that's out are never in when ordering.... Ice cream machine & icy machines never work. Needs new management & responsible works who takes their job serious & that hasresponsibilities. Read more
Placed an order at 12:40 for a quarter pounder all the way but no cheese, French fries and an orange mango drink. At the pickup... window was told to pull to the other side and then someone would bring my order to my car. This I did and after waiting until1:25 I still had no order I called them on the phone & asked them about my order and was told by a gentleman he would check onthe order. Another 20 minute wait finally received the order and guess what it was wrong. Another 15 minutes finally receivedthe order which was right. Needless to say I will not be going back there ever again. After all that I should have gotten theorder at no charge but they didn't want to talk about that. Read more
This location is awful. Kids running this place are not professional at all. I ordered from the machine (got no receipt), then... waited 10 minutes watching the kids play around behind the counter with no one else in front of me. After a while, one of thekids asked me if I'd been helped yet. I said I ordered from the machine and gave him my order number. He said "oh" and lookedthrough some crumpled up receipts and then started working. He bagged my stuff and gave it to me. He didn't give me a cup thatcame with my combo, so I had to get his attention again and ask for it. They also had no unsweet tea at all, which is what Iordered. No apologies. No thank you. Floor was slippery and dangerous throughout the entire restaurant (I think they used wrongmix or too much soap). Thank God I don't live in this town and have to visit this McDonald's more than once in my life. Theowners should be embarrassed at the standard they've established at this place. I've visited other McDonald's around the countrywith young kids working that are clean and courteous. These owners have clearly given up. Horrible. Read more
I've been going to McDonald's ordering a mocha frappe every time I go in machine was down or not working 10-25-22 I entered... McDonald's I was waiting to order I spoke with Manager about machines being down she informed me that they had frappe machine upI placed my order I then returned to McDonald's on 11-5 -22 to order frappe they said machine down.it was around 4:00pm.i wentback on 11-06-22 around 6:00am to try order frappe machine was still down. y'all need to fix problems with machines ice creammachine as well.store needs machines lot people complaining something needs to be done people stop going in there untill thingsare straighten out.
