I was doing skip the dishes when I hit the curb and didnt notice a very high pile of snow. I was stuck. I knock the the DT... window and Tina was there. I asked for help. Without a word, Tina and Shaun help me. They were so nice. And never give up untilmy car is good to go. I must say this is a very extra ordinary excellent service. Got 2 burritos. The ground beef was absolutely flavorless. The guy at the window was stoned out of his gourd. I had to add this... after I received a reply to my original post. Including my post, 99% of the posts are of a negative experience, and all have aresponse expressing concern, and a determination to provide the best customer experience possible. These posts and replies coverover 2 freaking years!!! Of negative experience posts!! Of replies that they care about correcting deficiencies! But it'snothing but lip service from management. Nothing gets better at this location,cuz theres no one that's in control thatcares. They just pretend they do. Save your money people. Read more

Me and bf just went through drive though and got home started eating my bf pulled a long hair out his burrito. I called the... store to let them know literally on the phone with a girl. she said she just changed shifts and no one has that color hairthere.. as she's saying that my bf pulls a 2nd hair out his mouth from his burrito. i told the woman right now he's pullinganother hair out his mouth and just hung up. It's a taco time. Food is okay, Service isn't the greatest at this location for one reason or another.
