You can tell that is the end of the seson. Went here today (22.08) twice and both times staff were arogant and they clearly did... not give a fork anymore. Ice cream are delicious but the smell of the old burned oil and fries is so strong, there is no way youcan eat inside. Read more

Staff gave me ice cream that was completely melted. It was like syrup not even ice cream. Paid $16.00 for two ice creams and it... was not even like ice cream as I mentioned. Very disappointed and will not be going back. I expected much better out of an icecream place on the lake. Staff didn't seem to care when I spoke up and wouldn't give me better ice cream. Again veryunimpressed. Read more

Paid for 5 double scout wafflecones. Everyone got one scoop and a tablespoon maybe of the second scoop. I guess it was... technically a second scoop. It's such a crazy rip off. Extremely disappointing and waste of time and money Read more

Great array of flavours Just don?t come here for value because the scoops are quite small for the price you pay. You?re going to... get more per dollar at Disney world than here Read more

They supply hand sanitizer and have floor markings to reduce covid risks. Yet, the staff scooping the ice cream were unmasked. ... They are required to bend over with their heads hanging over the ice cream buckets to be able to scoop the ice cream. Multiplestaff members are breathing on the ice cream from a foot away all day long. Not a risk worth taking. Read more

BE AWARE of these scammer's policy, "all sales are final", bought these two no more than 2 hours ago, called the shop to change... one of them for defective product and the employee who answered just said they can't do anything about it. Go to Canadian Tireinstead, you'll lose your money, time and fun, if not. Third world owners probably. Not up to Canadian standard at all. Read more

On hot days it is very busy, but there is a lot of staff to try and make the process quicker. Ice cream is good. Charged me... extra ($0.75) for a "pop cup" even after we explained we were bringing the ice cream home for someone as the little plastic cupscannot hold 2 melted scoops. Read more
