The waitress was fantastic. The whole place was full and she was the only waitress on she ran it like a champ! Kept up and had... great customer care. I'm not sure if it was a manager or owner that was around but it would have been nice to see him help her.Maybe pour some coffee or something. The food was absolutely amazing!!! We came in, when we sat down the waitress looked at us repeatedly, helped the customers around us and didn't even acknowledge... that our party of 4 was there. We didn't see any please wait to be seated signs, and there was only about 3-4 other tables. Irecognize there was only one waitresses but we left after 10 minutes of not even being given menus or an acknowledgement. Read more
Orange juice was super warm and rancid, we ordered pancakes and they came out still liquid in the center. Sent them back and... they came out liquid in the center again. The server/cook was friendly enough and apologetic about the mistakes but used barehands all over the part of the utensils you put in your mouth. The whole place looks like a construction site. The daily breakfast buffet is awesome. Some traditional options like eggs Benny, pancakes, waffles, sausages. But also some... great salads, meat balls, fruit, and non-traditional breakfast options. Today they had fried pickles! This is our new favouritefor breakfast in Sylvan Lake. Great cappuccino too. Read more
