Wonderful little coffee shop I visited while waiting for the used bookstore to open. I had an oat milk latte and relaxed there... for about an hour. The coffee was outstanding! Highly recommend! Read more

The atmosphere here is incredible. The baristas were very welcoming and friendly. I loved all the plants and the music. Their... coffee is delicious. I got a lavender oat milk latte and my husband got the golden latte (turmeric based and has no espresso init). We enjoyed both the drinks. Prices are fair. They have non dairy options. We didn?t have any of there food items but theydo have a simple food menu to order from. Read more

Hands down, the classico turkey sandwich is the BEST thing on the menu. Delicious!! Honestly could probably eat two of these in... one sitting. That and their muffins are also wonderful! Really hoping they make the cinnamon banana muffin a staple because itwas divine. As for the coffee, it's hit or miss depending on who you're barista is, but I've had some wonderful lattes here! I called in to order, was told they don't take orders over the phone to use the online ordering. I decided to just order in... person. I went in and ordered two things for breakfast that they had on their website that I was going to order over thephone. The guy working the counter seemed confused by my order of toast with jam and a smoothie. The menu on their website isnot their menu? After a long convoluted process of putting the order in the guy tells me they only have orange marmalade andincluded is a picture of the EXACT amount of marmalade I paid $1.50 for. Honestly like smaller than a medicine cups worth.Covered maybe one slice of their 2 smallish sourdough toast slices they gave me if I really stretched it. Then he tells me nopineapple for the smoothie and instead of offering money back or an alternative, he told me to find another ingredient on theirmenu. It's also weird they present themselves as being a very independent local place with fresh ingredients, but for mysmoothie pulled out a bag of frozen Dole brand berries. Also there was like 4 customers in a place that can't take phone orders? This whole experience cost me $15. No clue how they have such high star rating, but y'all need to demand more out of youreating establishments if you think this is acceptable. Read more

This place has been my second home while being a student at western carolina university the past four years. I?ve seen this... place grow from the two owners don & cecelia to a full staff of cool, creative, and friendly people. Being a regular customerall these years, I?ve become close friends with the owners and staff and know everything they serve is top notch and sourcedfrom the best places. The shop has always felt warm and inviting and bursting with creativity and innovation. If ya get a chanceto go, try out the avocado smash with a fried egg, the brass monkey or a simple iced latte. Can?t rave about the spot enough.Such a gem in Sylva. ? Read more
