Baked potato was rotten. Half of it was just brown mush- inedible. The rest was yellow and gross, the skin was dried up and ... completely wrinkled. At what point did worker think they were preparing food fit to serve a paying customer? Read more
We had a 2 person drive through order. A salad, bake potato, French fries and a burger. After almost pulling out of parking lot... we discovered the bag did not have burger or fries in it. Unbelievable, they were not busy. What a joke, the people that workat these places want to make $15-20/hr. They can't get a simple order right. I did like the strawberry salad. Read more
Ordered online. Got half way home and checked order, missing baked potato. Go back to be informed they had run out. Told I could... only substitute with french fries which I don't eat so asked for refund. No, can't give a refund either. Employee literallyclosed window in our faces with no resolution. So basically I pay for a baked potatoe and get nothing or accept fries I don'teat! Poor service and 1 very hateful employee. Read more
I?ve heard mixed reviews about the drive-through at this location, but I decided to give it a try myself. I did a mobile order... on their app and then came through their drive-through to pick it up. The drive-through was admittedly slow, but it wasn?tridiculous. I think I waited about 10 minutes from start to finish. The food was good, it?s hard to mess up fast food. I wassatisfied with the visit, and Wendy?s is my favorite fast food restaurant so I?m glad I can come to this location with littleconcern. Read more
WORST DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE you will ever encounter. Hope you have at least 45 minutes to wait for food even if it's off the... value menu. They take only one order at a time & won't take any orders until that order is fully cooked and handed to thecustomer in front of you. When you pull up to the speaker in drive thru they will tell you to hold on and you will wait anadditional 10 minutes. They get orders wrong all the time and will give you attitude for their own mistakes. Rude & entitledpeople who work here who don't feel like they need to work. The only store I've ever been to where the manager is the cook,bagger, and food preper working the fryer as well while her 3 to 4 employees do the BARE MINIMUM of work while dragging theirfeet. There is no excuse on how this place is being ran other than the employees abusing & taking advantage their managerskindness knowing she will not stand up to them and force them to help & do what they were hired to do! Every employees attitudemakes you feel super uncomfortable like your in the wrong for wanting to eat at Wendy's and have fast prompt service whilepaying and eating what your originally ordered. Wendy's franchise needs to investigate this location internally & resolve thewait time and product quality control because I know of multiple people in the town of Sylva & Cullowhee who will NEVER returnto this location due to the ongoing issues for over months on end with no resolution or care for the customer. I ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich and received a cheeseburger instead. The chicken sandwich costs more than the burger and... I was charged for the chicken sandwich. I got my food at 11:45 bc I had just gotten off work. So by the time I had gotten home,sat down to eat and noticed I received a burger, Wendy?s was closed and there was nothing that could be done about it. Read more
so i?m a door dash driver. i gotta get food picked up & delivered by certain times otherwise it looks bad on me. i get to... wendy?s to pick up two door dash orders & the dining area is closed. so i have to wait in the drive thru. well the drive thruwas backed up all the way to the street. after waiting 30 min & only moving about 2 ft, two of the workers came out to smoke acigarette. really??? once they went back in the line finally started moving but oh so very slowly. i?m actually still sitting inthis drive thru line. & my door dash orders are almost an hour late. thanks wendy?s!! since you can?t do your job it inhibits mefrom doing mine properly but it?s cool!
