Okay, so my fiancé and I called the location 3 times. It?s 2am and they didn?t answer, so we figured we?d just go since google... says open 24 hours. We drive out here, walk through the doors, to immediately be turned away because they need to ?restock? andfor us to come back in an hour. I?m sitting in the parking lot and there have been at least 5 other people who have rolled upand had to turn right around. The door isn?t locked and there is no sign, which I don?t think is very professional. This is allnot great, but the part that made me decide to leave a negative review is that we?re the only ones in this parking lot, there?sno other customers in the restaurant, but there is a car with a dog locked in a crate with the windows cracked on a cold night.We think that one of these employees has just left their dogs in the car in the cold for their whole shift, and that?s just notokay. We attempted to dine in about 1130 pm. 3 people working and had only 2 customers. All tables were filthy, no one spoke to us... when we came in. We waited a few minutes then sat down at a dirty table thinking they would come over and clean it but did not.The waiter looked at us then stood by cash register doing nothing. We waited about 10 minutes and left. Not one word was spokento us. Will NEVER go back. Read more
My experience was absolutely horrible. We walked in and all the tables were filthy. We decided to sit at one anyway. There were... only two customers in there besides us. There were three employees. We sat there for a good 10 minutes and no one bothered towipe off our table or speak, so we left. We will not be going back. Read more
I?d love too give this place 5 stars but I just can?t. For a long while now me and my fiancée and occasionally our work friends... would head over from Waynesville too get some food after work. However the last few times we tried we?ve gotten the rudestservice or just none at all. Firstly when we would call they would be like ?your fired!? And then hang up amongst a few otherthings. And last night I checked to see if they were open and they were so I drove on over when I got off. I pulled up too find3 employees sitting in a booth. Once they notice I?ve pulled in one of the younger ones comes outside before we even get out ofthe car. He looks at us and says ?we?re closed? and lights a cigarette while the other two just continue too sit around. This isbecoming a real problem for not just Waffle House but many other places. No matter the time. And so people who also work lateare finding it harder and harder to find food, and even gas sometimes. Our family who is African American came to this restaurant to eat breakfast & we noticed that our presence wasn?t wanted, we... also was going to tip very well for any inconvenience for our group? We noticed that tables was closed so we asked could of ourfamily! The kind waitress asked her manager who in turn told her to tell us No, she the waitress being professional tried to?fix? the situation by saying that it was only two waitresses & she was sorry! We appreciate her but the manager wasn?tunprofessional & straight bigot we NEVER EVER grace this establishment with our Maline ??we as a family will Never come to thislocation again! Read more
Second time I've been there. First time in the morning and second time in the afternoon. Both times were great, food was quick,... done right and delicious. They still make off the mini menu items and are as great as can be. Super stunning as the first timeas well. Will be back if I end up traveling that way. Read more
Whenever we travel through the South, we make it a point to enjoy at least one meal at a Waffle House. Personally, I just want... their grits - S&P with butter, please! Friendly staff. Read more
