Most of the time this place is fast good food. Tonight they had two lines running three people on the drive-thru side one on the... mobile order and doordash side. The woman who appeared to be the manager kept barking orders at the gentleman on the takeoutdoordash mobile order side to get her stuff she needed for her line making anybody who had a mobile order or a DealDash orderwait. If this is how they are training their managers now I feel very sorry for them. Also I don't think they had the heat on inthe lobby. Read more

The food was not that fresh. They forgot to put tomatoes and sour cream on my soft taco. The chalupa shell was stall and the... chicken ones had only a small amount of chicken, lettuce, and cheese. No Baja sauce. Read more

I came with my family, and there were 5 of us, so we ended up ordering a good amount of food. We went inside and ordered on the... kiosk, which was simple enough. I got a chicken quesadilla, nacho fries, and cheesy fiesta potatoes. The pictures somewhat speakfor themselves? my quesadilla was burnt, and the cheesy fiesta potatoes were not that cheesy. We also had to wait on the nachofries, but 15 minutes passed so I reminded a manager that we still were waiting on our two orders of nacho fries. The personthat made them for us gave us an extra for waiting, which I really appreciated. The food was edible, but the restaurant itselfwas not stocked well, and the bathrooms were not clean nor was the soap dispenser functional. I like Taco Bell but I probablywill not return to this location because of the inconsistencies with the food. Read more

I had not had taco bell in over a year and decided to have a go. As I'm sitting in the drive thru (stuck in the drive thru as... there is no where to go when you get in it) one of the employees opens the backdoor of the building and yells at us that theyare out of all beef. I thought it was a little strange to have an employee yell at the drive-thru from the back door like abunch of factory workers at lunch. I ordered a steak burrito as they said they had steak in place of beef, But I was toldsternly by the manager or someone in leadership role over the mic that I was not allowed to replace any other Items with steakthat had beef or they would run out too quickly which I thought was odd also since they had already run out of ground beef. Bythe time I got to the window I already felt unwanted there and a little nervous about how my food was going to come out sincethe energy I felt from the employees was that they did not want to be there and they were frustrated and over everything.Customers feel that, but unfortunately these days it's rare to go anywhere that you get good service. I received my items, thegirl at the window at least smiled at me. I got home and I had a BEAN AND RICE burrito. I waited in a line I was stuck in, wasyelled at twice, and paid for something I didn't even want. I was dissapointed as I don't eat here often. I guess fast foodwon't ever be he same as it used to be before Covid, because literally everyone feels entitled and no one cares about thequality of work or product they put out. Their food is great butane their drive through needs to learn some maners. The way I was talked to after running to the door and... it being locked. With no closed sign, in the poring rain! It was enough to make me back out and leave, if I didn't have someonebehind me. Come on TB do better with service! Read more

Beware of these thieves! I did an online order with this store and received email confirmation, had my credit card charged, and... even got a second confirmation that our food was ready. I arrived at the store and they claimed they had no record of our orderand refused to give us our food. They tried to claim they would give away free food to everyone who claimed they would not makeany money (apparently online orders had been a problem all day) It wasn't free...I had the emails, order numbers, and creditcard processing showing I paid. I had to reorder, repay, and file a complaint with the customer service because they refusedto handle the issue in store. The customer service listed as district representative said they didn't handle those issueseither. Finally had to contact the credit card to stop payment and dispute charges for not receiving the product. Credit cardcompany had it fixed in 10 minutes. Total and complete joke! Scary to know how many people never got their money back. Willnot be returning and will definitely not use the online ordering feature !!! Read more

Every single time we order from there they somehow manage to get the order wrong. Weather it?s completely forget items or mess... the order up. Then when confronting them they say ?everyone makes mistakes? which I understand but it gets ridiculous after morethen 3 times. When they don?t mess it up the food is good but 99% of the time the order is messed up. Read more
