10/10. Food was AMAZING - slight issue with my burger (bc I'm a monster and I like zero pink in my burger) but they fixed it... immediately. Best beer cheese in the county. Amazing drink selection. Overnight stay in Sylva had us exploring the downtown area near our motel. This was our last stop on the way back to our motel... for the evening. It was still pretty early on a Saturday night and the place was dead (all the other places we had visited werepretty busy). That should have been an indication of our experience to come. Limited beer selection. Staff that all butignored us (sitting at the bar). Decor? Nope. Sterile and uninviting space. We ordered chips and cheese. $9. Got less thantwo handfuls of chips and not enough cheese for half of those. RIPOFF! Will not be back. Read more

We came in the afternoon on a weekday, and it was not too busy. I got the chicken tenders, and they were so delicious. The... breading was seasoned and they had a nice crunch to them. The chicken was juicy and tender, and went great with the ranch. Thefries were crispy and nice. The service was excellent, and I really appreciated the nice cup of ice water. Unfortunately Ididn?t know the name of the person who took our order, but he was amazing. He served us our food, was very friendly, andimpressed me with how he was willing to go the extra mile to help us have a nice meal. Read more

Great prices. Along a river so outside seating is nice. Will sell you different sizes which is appreciated. Beer was okay.

When the patrons are drinking Budweiser at a brewery, you know it's not going to be good.... Not a good beer in the bunch and... did not have all the beers available like the other location. Ended up drinking a Budweiser and whiskey drink (good selection ofwhiskey). Great location on the river, and friendly staff, but overall a HOT MESS with hardly any merchandise, just a sign andtap handle (but she said you "can" get other merchandise at the other location - PS. we tried and you CAN'T get merchandise andthat location isn't any better.) I was visiting my daughter and decided to come here. It had a very nice vibe and crowd considering we were there late on the... night before the 4th of July. The staff was very friendly. My daughter had already eaten and I wasn't very hungry, so we shareda pretzel and two beers. They have a stage for live bands and a patio out back, but it was raining so we stayed inside. Theplace isn't huge, and parking may become a challenge down the road when Western Carolina students return in the fall, but Ithink it will be a hit with most people and a great place for a bite and brew.
