The food is always good, we were seated in the very back, , the music was so loud and other customers. I couldn't hear my spouse... talking to me. The waitress took our order and never came back to the table, until we were ready to leave. We ordered tacos Iasked for tomatoes, Sour Cream and Guacamole to be added and didn't get it, had to ask for it. My spouse ordered 2 beef and onechicken tacos he got 3 beef. My favorite Mexican restaurant ever! The menu is big and they did an amazing job with the atmosphere. Super authentic. The jumbo... margaritas are bomb and they go heavy on the tequila ???? I wish I could give this review without any Stars! What a horrible experience! I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Our... waitress was non-existent. She took our order and then disappeared. Our shrimp was undercooked and there was no waitress to askthat it be cooked a little longer. I literally had to go to my car for baby wipes because we could not get napkins. When I askedto speak to a manager a "shift person" came to our table already with attitude. While standing at our table she stood and spokeSpanish to a coworker obviously talking trash. She walked to the register and with four other employees huddled around shediscussed our concerns. She said she would give us a 20% discount. I was very upset that there was a little huddle and it wasvery uncomfortable. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had dealing with a supposed manager. She finally saidshe would comp our food and did not want us back in the restaurant. I have worked in the food service industry and am a veryunderstanding person and have always overtipped.
