Not sure why they give an option to walk in and pick up orders if they are going to be closed in the lobby all of the time on... the app. This is pretty inconvenient for people who actually want and need to be on the go. The drive thur is always extremelyslow. I don?t have time to wait 15-20 minutes for an order. If we can?t walk in don?t leave this as an option. Also I don?t seethe problem with just walking in and picking up on the go orders. Just make the orders as they come in. Also when I am able towalk in they never have the donuts just the drink so I end up waiting to get the attention of someone then as well. This Dunkinis not run very well at all. Walked in to find workers literally sitting down and then they asked me what I was there for. My order was hanging out of the... device and no one was working on it. The girl with red curly hair was obviously high as hell. Truly not impressed. Read more
They can't seem to get drinks right. They even got the donut order wrong. 1 plain and 1 chocolate glazed turned out to be 1... blueberry and 1 chocolate frosted. At least the sandwiches turned out correct. It seems like this was everyone's first day atwork (or ever seeing a donut) Read more
The people were friendly, but the service wasn't fast. They stayed wrapped around and busy and that's understandable. But it's... kind of a bad location the girl with the window couldn't hear me over the speaker because of the traffic. I visited this Dunking during my trip to smokey over memorial day weekend. So it has been a while, so I do not exactly remember... what I ordered. But my order was not well prepared. I took the pictures at that time and they are attached in this review. Asone can see, the powder is not mixed well and is just sitting there as a residue (towards the end). Dunkin is making millionsof dollars by dishing out poor service. Read more
I usually like this Dunkin and visit it several times per trip when I visit friends in Sylva. This trip was not great for them.... Lobby is usually closed and they don?t serve food if someone calls out for work. The app however, still lets you order the food.Then you get to the drive through all they say is, ?sorry, we can?t give you food or a refund (that has to be done by callingcustomer service line) but we can give you a couple cold donuts instead.? I understand the donuts are premade but still coldfrom a recent thawing isn?t pleasant. I hope this location has its act together before my next sylva visit.
