My favorite place to eat in Sylva. Always amazing customer service! Never had a bad meal or experience here, will always... recommend. One of the waiters messed up my order after confirming they will bring back the fixed plate, he totally forgot. Talk to an... bigger guy that looked to be the owner. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL HE ACT LIKE I WAS A BURDEN FOR EVEN TALKING TO HIM ABOUT IT. HECHARGE ME FOR BOTH THE MESSED UP PLATE AND CORRECTED ONE. KEEP IN MIND I AM ONE OF THE FEW AFRICAN AMERICANS IN SYVLA. After Itold him about charging me for the extra plate he threatened to call the cops ! Will never go to that place again. Corn bites were really good. Tostada is a crispy tortilla with beans, cheese, lettuce, half a slice of tomato, guacamole and a... drizzle of sour cream. Was highly recommended this place. But was soon very disappointed. It was way over crowded the table are so close that your... touching elbows with to table next to you, and the table behind you. It's extremely loud, not wheelchair friendly. Our waitertook 15 minutes to come and even get our drink order, and even longer before bringing them back. Once we placed our order ittook a good 45 minutes to receive our food. Which was not worth it. After we finished eating we waited over an hour to see ourwaiter again, to ever receive our check and a to-go box. I ordered Chicken Nachos the chicken was flavorless semi burnt and wasrubbery. We ordered the steak fajitas and the shrimp quesadilla. My cousin enjoyed his quesadilla, and the chips and salsa tasted great.... However, my steak wasn't as flavorful as it should have been. Also, my refried beans and guacamole seemed as though they weremade in a blender. I was disappointed by that. I like freshly made guacamole.
