Stopped in with a friend for a no-frills lunch. Our burgers (Original w/cheese & BBQ-Bacon w/cheese) were ready within 5... minutes, the fries were perfect and our Pumpkin Shake was delicious. The counter staff was great but the order kiosk refused anyand all attempts to pay causing us to go to the back of the line that formed while we were attempting to place our order andwait at least an extra 10 mimites. That situation, in addition to the lack of ANY attempt to give the dining room character, iswhat prompted the low rating for 'atmosphere.' Read more

Staff was busy completing a large order that obviously overwhelmed the staff. Should of made customers aware of the large order... prior to ordering.
