Just another place where people don?t take pride In their work. Got 3 cheese burgers some fries and chicken nuggets for my kids.... There was no pickles on any of the burgers and an excessive amount of onions. The Fries we?re basically raw and had no salt atall. The nuggets were cold but crispy. Read more
After waiting almost 10 minutes to order, I did not receive service until another occupant of a different background walked into... the dining room, and magically service was given immediately. I believe these actions were discriminatory and prejudice toethnicity. There needs to be an over sight to how this operation is being conducted and researched if there are any othersimilar incidents. Today is a new chapter for this store, the cashier was so pleasant and a smile not just to me but with every single... customer. From handing out food softly and with a smile to customer service. This is what McDonald?s is all about, I got upthis morning positive and had breakfast a pleasant breakfast and left to work with a nice and easy feeling. I went to this location to get a large order of fries and 30 nuggets. I asked for them both fresh because if you don?t specify... that you want it fresh they will give you old food. The wait was longer than expected even though it wasn?t that busy. Ieventually got my food and arrived home and when I checked the food... it was bad. My large order of fries looked like a small.I was severely disappointed and angry as this is not the first time that this has happened at this particular location. When Igot to the nuggets they were as hard as rocks. My advice when coming to this location is to make sure they know you want itFRESH and double check the amount of fries you get as well. Read more
I've had better experiences with this location before. We got fries that tasted like they were from an order 4 hours ago that... never got picked up and just put back under the heat lamp. The whole point of McDonald's is the fries and no one will refutethat! We had asked for no pickles and onions and it has it on the tag but they put pickles and onions anyways ????. It's justannoying to make sure we ask for certain things and they just don't really care at all. Lol Read more
